What do the dogs eat?
Boarding rates include meals. 
The menu consists of all natural, preservative free, fresh chicken, rice and vegetables with premium dog biscuits on the side. 
Underweight dogs are given weight Retaining Royal Canin.
Fussy eaters will be offered paloney sausage, fresh chicken or even hand fed BBQ chicken. Boarders will be closely monitored and will be hand fed if it goes off its food.

Where do they sleep?
Small dogs are tucked away into an enclosed area with igloos and raised beds. Large to medium dogs are moved into traditional kennels protected from the weather. Both areas are checked by staff 2-3 times each night. 

What do we have to bring?
Only your beloved pet and their current vaccination card.

Are the kennels heated?
In winter we put jackets on the dogs. The Kennels are fully enclosed out of the weather.

Do you put any sunscreen, fly repellants and zinc creams on the dogs?
Yes, if needed.

What happens if it rains?
The dogs are moved into their night time areas which are under cover and dry.


Do they ever fight?
Because the dogs are closely monitored staff defuse any problems early. 
There is always a risk, but it’s the same risk if you take them to the beach or park.

Do you watch them all the time?
There is always someone on the premise and staff also observe the dogs closely.  There are also surveillance cameras watching at all times of the day. At night they are checked 2-3 times.

Do you take unsterilised, unvaccinated or dangerous dogs?
No. Your dog's vaccination must have been administered at least 10 days prior.

Do you have a vet on call?
Yes, 24 hours a day. We also have a vet who visits once a week for a routine check of long stay boarders. 


Do you administer medication?
Yes, we also can medicate insulin-dependent dogs.


When boarding will I be charged an additional day if I collect my dog before 1100 AM ?
No.  However, an additional day will be charged if you collect your dog after 1100 AM. 
e.g you drop off your dog on Monday 1st at 9.00 AM and collect it at 10.00 AM Tuesday 2nd  = 1 day.
e.g. you drop off your dog on Monday 1st at 9.00 AM and collect your dog at 3.00  PM Tuesday 2nd = 2 days.


Is the collar left on?
No. Safety first. Your dog's collar is removed prior to being let free to roam and play with the others. It will be returned on collection.
